PostSubject: History making Itself. (Tag: Phillip)   February 19th 2013, 4:32 am

Jasmine spaced out, the pen rolling down the desk. All she'd been hearing was the three girls, yapping about the next hot guy in school. Honestly, it didn't interest her and slightly annoyed her listening to the same topic each day. She'd rather be talking about something else. But anything she was interested in, the girls were, so alas, the majority wins.

"Oh my! Here he comes! Jas, look!" One of the girls squealed, forcing Jasmine to look up. A Guy walked into the large room and according to the girls, his name was Phillip. "He was hotter before, but he just landed himself on the top of the To do list out of all the guys in this school! Especially getting in that Motorcycle accident. That just screams, Manly." The girl fans herself with her hand as Jasmine raised an eyebrow at her before shaking her head.
"That's why like, every girl in here is staring at him. Let's play a game shall we? Whoever he sits next to, that girl gets him. No if, ands, or buts about it?" The other girls nods before seperating, leaving Jasmine alone. She furrows her brows before shrugging, sitting down in the chair. At least she didn't have to hear their voices for the rest of the class.

Philip walked down the row of classrooms on his way to his next class-surrounded by guys who wanted to be his friends and girls who wanted to be more than that, nothing new for him. He made some small jokes, causing his followers to burst out in laughter, and he laughed lightly with them. All the while though, he was looking for his escape. As he came up to the room for his next class, Philip said a quick 'see ya' to his 'friends; and quickly turned into the room. He walked through the door and took quick notice of the group of girls who were all giggling and dashing off to different areas of the room. He chuckled lowly to himself as he shook his head to the ground, and then moved to take a seat next to an indifferent looking girl. "Hey," he greeted the young woman lightly as he got situated in his desk-setting his book bag down next to his seat, a friendly smile on his face and his body relaxing at the thought of an hour without being surrounded by fake and insincere people.

((Sorry this took so long. And that it's kind of a lame post.>.<))

"Hey, yourself." Jasmine responded fairly quickly, not looking at him as she takes out all her needed supplies. As she looks up, she sees one of the girls scowling at her. She raises a brow before looking over at the voice besides her. "Oh." She says with a bitter tone, frowning a bit. "It's you." She didn't mean to sound quite harsh, however, she knew that she wouldn't hear the end of it from the girls about sitting next to him. How lucky she was, how easy it came to her, how she used her 'sex drive' to lure him over.

Most people probably would of snapped back at the surprisingly harsh young woman, but Philip could only stare at her in amusement-a humored smirk puling up at his lips. "Yeah, it's me," he agreed cheerily, holding back light laughter. "And it's you," he exclaimed gleefully, holding out his open hands towards her-then chuckling lowly as he brought his arms back in and crossed them beneath him as he leaned on the corner of his desk. "So, I take it you know me?" he asked as his laughter died down, his voice and his face still pleasant as he looked over at the tan girl interestingly-an eyebrow raised inquisitively. No one had ever spoken-or would ever dare to speak-to him like that, here or back home, but this girl did. Philip couldn't help but be intrigued by her-he felt himself being drawn to her-and he felt this need to talk to her more, and get to know her better.

"More than I ever want to know." Jasmine shoots back at him, looking at him briefly before shaking her head. The professor walked in, instantly starting his lecture. As Jasmine began to write, her pen happened to run out of ink. She rummages through her bag, only to find that she let Ariel borrow her last set of pens. She whines lowly to herself, sitting up and tapping her fingers against the desk lightly.

Philip playfully raised his eyebrows and widened his eyes, as if in shocked horror at the young woman's words, while his smile grew even broader-and more amused-hearing her response. His gaze lingered on the tan girl for a few more seconds before he slowly-and reluctantly-turned his attention forward-to the teacher. However, throughout the lecture, Philip's gaze would wander curiously back over to the angry young woman; And as she started to rummage through her bag, a light clicked on in Philip's head-causing a mischievous smirk to spread across his lips. Without removing his warm, intent gaze from her face, Philip reached into his bag and quickly found what he needed. He looked ahead to find the perfect moment in the professor's lecture to lean over towards his neighbor, and then he gently poked her in the arm-a charming crooked grin on his face, and his eyes bright, as he silently offered her the pen.

Jasmine nearly yelped in surprise, feeling a poke on her arm. She looks over, seeing who poked her, only to scowl at the boy. She makes a humph noise as she turns to look forward to the teacher again, giving a childish attitude about it. She'd rather listen the whole time rather than have HIM helping her. As she listened to the lecture though, she found it hard to remember the things the professor said. All together making the process difficult. She frowns before reaching over and taking the pen from him. A note flutters next to him saying 'Thank you.'

The rest of the class consisted of Medieval History. The history that Jasmine was born into originally. All of the lesson of the Knights, Queens, Kings, Serfs, Peasants, only covered half of the shit that actually went down during that time. The rest of their class seemed more than interested in the time and she didn't know why. They believed that it was Romantic, Chivalrous, Magical but she knew that those things only happened to the lucky ones. However, it wasn't all bad. Especially with Naveen, Marina, and Damon in Jasmine's life. Fortunately, she found Naveen once she woke up, getting off the Seattle Bus into the Dance Studio. Though, she missed Marina and Damon dearly, wondering if both of them remember her. Jasmine hadn't gone looking for Marina just yet, not until she was on her feet, proving to Marina that she didn't need her sympathy anymore. College life, as they call it, refused Jasmine to get even near that goal. School, Work, School, Work, a never ending cycle to happiness.

Jasmine tapped the pen lightly on her notepad, her temporary distracted eyes catching a glimpse of the boy named, Philip. She could agree with her friends on one thing, Philip looked dashing. Almost with that Prince quality strapped around him. Not to mention his charm, which slightly irritated her but definitely made him stand out from any of the other men around here. A faint smile appeared on Jasmine's lips just thinking about him. But it quickly faded and she shook the thought out of her mind.

Philip chuckled lowly-holding back harder laughter-and shook his head lightly towards the ground at Jasmine's reaction to his offer-letting his hand drop momentarily-but then quickly resumed his pose, his face pleasant, and a cheerful smile on his lips, as he held out his pen to the young tan woman once more. He silently laughed again as she begrudgingly accepted the utensil, then, after another few seconds of staring engrossingly at the side of the girl's face, Philip turned his attention back to the teacher-a blithe smile on his face as he alternated between taping his pen lightly on his notebook and jotting down what the professor said.

Philip looked down curiously as he felt something light hit his arm, and made quick work of unfolding it, laughing softly down to it before smirking up flirtatiously at the girl beside him-bowing his head playfully serious in response to her thanks. He laughed lowly a bit more as he turned forward in his seat once again, turning the small piece of paper over in his hands and staring down at it fascinatingly for a little while before he once again looked up at the teacher-slipping the note into his pocket as he went back to taking notes. His eyes would flit over to the tan woman from time to time, and it would bring a large crooked grin to his face, but then he would quickly return his attention to the front of the room, or his notes. This girl had really cast quite the spell on him. Philip could actually feel a strain on him when his attention was anywhere but on her.

As the class ended, Jasmine made quick to escape before he would start talking to her. She tossed his pen back to him, packed up her materials, and strapped on her bag. She stood and just before she could head out of the row, her 'friends' stopped her. They mouths started moving and she turned the other way, bumping into Phillip. She scowls at him before ducking past him, mumbling an 'Excuse me'.

Jasmine squeezed out from the classroom and down the hallway, looking at her new watch. Naveen wouldn't mind it so much if she came a little earlier today, now would he?

Once the class was finished, Philip was quick to turn his body and attention back to the young woman beside him, only to start laughing lightly as he watched her shoving things in her bag and avoiding his gaze. He caught the pen she flung at him easily, and his gaze then followed after her as she moved quickly for the door. As she was stopped by a loud group of girls, Philip chuckled quietly to himself and then, shaking his head towards his desk, he gathered his things and slid them into his backpack, and in a seamless, graceful motion, he stood from his seat and slung his bag over his shoulder.

Philip's eyes widened just a bit in surprise when the young girl bumped into him, but his expression quickly melted and warmed as he peered down at the tan girl-a flirtatious crooked smile on his lips and his eyes entrancing hues briefly meeting hers. He smoothly glided to the side at her mumbled request-opening out his arm and motioning out in front of her-as he bowed his head in compliance, a puckish smile playing on his lips as he held back soft laughter and peeked up through his lashes as he watched her leave. His eyes continued to follow after her as she left the classroom-his body slowly turning towards the door as well, and his hands sliding into his pockets-and he smiled wondrously after her.

Philip started to physically ache thinking that he'd never see that girl again-he didn't even have her name, how was he supposed to find her, but then, an idea suddenly hit him as he heard giggles coming up behind him. He put on his most flirtatious crooked grin and then made a quick, smooth turn around to come up just in front of the group of girls. Just spending the little bit of time with them he did had already given Philip headache-they were so loud and shrill, and just never stopped talking-but after a while, and a bit of flirting, he got what he wanted-he got the girl's name, and where she worked.
