She Will Be Loved [Tag: Meg]

After the prom, Adam took Meg to Space Needle. He knew that was her favorite place, but he had never gotten the chance to take her over there until now... He knew he wanted her to have a very special night, and everything was going fine. He just needed to say his name to the host, and the man led them to their table, where they could get a panoramic view of the city... ''How's your night so far?'', he asked with a small smile. She was beautiful on that dress, and Adam felt lucky for her chosing to be with him....

Megara ran her fingers through her hair. She was cool now that they had left the hotel where the prom had been held. She smiled as they were led to the table. "It's been... interesting," She mused, looking out at the view now. "If teens are like those teens were seventeen years from now? I worry for your sanity," She giggled, resting her hand on her stomach and smirking to herself.

Adam shook his head and smirked slightly... ''Babe... You know were from a different place than those teens... I'm glad that was over, actually... They are so shallow, and I wanted you just to me tonight...'', he said softly as he placed his hand upon hers. He wouldn't confess how much he hated seeing Hercules on that prom, and having Aurora as his date.

"But, Arianne will be from this place," Meg pointed out, giggling a bit. "It was nice, though... I haven't danced in a long time," She sighed. She looked down to their hands and smiled before looking up at him from under her lashes. "Aurora looked nice..." She said carefully. She knew he hated Aurora, but she also knew they needed to work things out. "I think Herc looked handsome, too, for once. I wonder if she dressed him... He never had much style when he was around me," She laughed softly.

''She looked nice?'', he asked quietly. ''I didn't pay much attention to them, since the last thing I wanted was my temper destroying the night...'', he said with a sad smile and looked up to her, She made him happy.... She was the only reason he hadn't snapped for a long while, and he wanted to keep things that way. ''He looked handsome, hmm... I'm glad I'm more good looking than him... He can be big and all that demi-god stuff... But I'm charming'', he winked at her and laughed lightly as the waiter walked on their table, hading them the menus.

"Oh, your ego is showing, Mr. De Chambord," Megara hummed with a small laugh. She smiled to the waiter and bit her bottom lip. "Adam... Could you get me champagne?" She asked sweetly, knowing she was too young to order it herself.

He grinned at her, and nooded quietly at her request, ''You sure you can drink alcohol?'', he asked softly, reminding some of the doctor's words. ''Maybe you could drink some, because this is a special ocasion...'', he smirked sweetly, ''Don't you also want to chose your dish?''

Megara made a face as she remembered she wasn't supposed to drink. "Right..." She sighed. "I don't want to risk it," She shook her head. "Mm... Why don't you order me something," She hummed. "I trust your tastes," She mused. She crossed her legs under the table and gentle brushed her foot against his leg as she looked out at the view.

Adam took another look on the menu, and smiled regally as the waiter walked by their table again. ''I'll order Butter Clams “Casino” for starter, and then Wild King Salmon for me and the lady... I also want your best bottle of white wine'', he nodded and waved the man off... He smirked as he brought his legs to under his seat, and looked at her, ''I guess it wouldn't be a problem if you have a little of alcohol for one night'', he pointed out softly, ''Besides I couldn't find any other thing that would go better with our order than the white wine'', he smirked, and looked at the view too.

Megara arched a brow. "Maybe... Just a little," She smiled sheepishly. "God, I wish I could still smoke," She pouted out towards the view before looking back at him. "But... Ari is more important than me being calm," She sighed. "So... Is Prom why tonight is so special?" She questioned, tilting her head to the side.

''I wished you stop smoking for good...'', he smiled sweetly at her before cleaning his throat softly at her question. ''I wanted you to go through the ball, because that's what people do when they are close to graduate, and I want this night to be special because you deserve it'', he said softly, and brought her hands to his lips and kissed her knuckles softly.

Megara giggled softly and smiled when he kissed her knuckles. "You're so sweet," She sighed. She brought his hands over to her lips and returned the light kiss. "You don't have to treat me so special, though," she sighed. She pulled her hair over one shoulder to show off her bare skin there.

Adam chuckled softly, and looked down on their hands before looking back at her. ''I know I don't need to treat you so special.. But I try'', he cmirked... ''I also know how you don't like when I'm too pompous, or cheesy... So I'll be straight and simple on my proposal... He still had her hand into his as he walked around on the table and knelt by her side. He knew all those couples on the restaurant had their eyes on them, but he didn't care... he had only eyes for Meg.


''Μέγαρα, θα με παντρευτείς?'' [Megara, will you marry me?], he asked her with a sincere smile. He had trained that sentence in greek for weeks, and he was a little nervous he had spoken a word wrong. But he was asking one of the most important questions into his life, to the most important person for him at the moment. He wanted to be with Meg for the rest of his life, he chose her to be his beloved wife, and he was hoping she had chosen him to live the rest of her life with.

Megara's eyes went a little wide when he even mentioned the word proposal. She swallowed the lump in her throat as she watched him come around to her and kneel down. Hearing him speak her native language made her smile a little. But, she was mostly shocked. It took a moment of just staring at him before she nodded, a smile splitting her lips and her eyes becoming watery. "Vαί," She whispered, giggling and nodding through her tears now.

Those few moments he waited for her answer made his heart beat faster, and he could feel it on his throat, as she smiled and nodded at him he smiled too, and pulled her into a tender hug as he spun her around. Je could hear the others applauding and cheering them as he pulled her down on her feet and kissed her tenderly... ''I wish you like it...'', he whispered with a husky voice as he fished a small case from his jacket. He opened it, showing the fine ring, with several diamonds on two strings. You couldn't tell where it started or ended, and he thought she would like it. ''May I?'', he asked as he took her hand and slid the ring on her finger.

Meg held onto him tightly as he spun her around. She smiled brightly into his kiss and giggled softly once he let her down. She arched a brow at his words and then looked down to the ring. Her eyes went wide. You got a ring when you were engaged? She'd only seen the thin metal bands in Olympia. This thing was pure diamonds. "Adam..." She smiled and looked at it on her finger. "You're amazing," She whispered before kissing him deeply again.

Adam kissed her deeply and tenderly... ''I love you'', he whispered softly at her lips. He wrapped his arms tenderly around her waist, and leaned down for another slow kiss, and just let himself be happy for once ever since he got into Seattle. He had found the most amazing girl, that chenged his world, and she was going to be his... He was going to get his happy ending. He smirked and leaned on his knees again, ''I love you too, Ari'', he whispered aginst her small bump, and kissed it softly. He smiled widely, and sat them back on the table. ''You have no idea of how much I'm happy now...'', he whispered softly.

Megara giggled softly into the kisses and wiped her eyes when he went down to kiss her stomach. She ran her hands back through her hair and bit her bottom lip. She sat down on grinned over at him. "I think I have an idea," She whispered, laughing gently. At this point she didn't even care about dinner. She wanted nothing more than to be in his arms.

Adam chuckled sofly, ''Do you remember the first day we met? At the agency?'', he asked, ''I was a completely jerk, and you chenged me, Meg... I felt like I was in dark, and you pulled me to the light...'', he whispered softly, as he leaned towards her and caressed her cheek, ''You're my light, Meg, you and our little girl'', he smiled widely again.

Megara tilted her head and nodded, smiling to herself and twisting her ring around her finger. "I remember... I seduced you and then found out how weak you were and you tried to throw me out," She laughed to herself. "I'm still just as stubborn as I was then," She shook her head and looked down to her ring and then her stomach. "She already loves you... I can feel it," She smiled a bit. "You're not dark anymore, Adam. And It's not just because of me. You helped yourself, too."

Adam laughed gently at her words, ''Oh, I remember that... and I know very well how stubborn you still are. I guess this will never change'', he teased, and smiled more as she talked about Arianne... He was sure he wouldn't stop smiling on that night. ''I guess you're right... But I would never change if I haven't met you. You were stubborn enough to get at my old self'', he pointed out quietly, and leaned to kiss her lips tenderly.

Megara smiled and gently returned his kiss. "I love you," she whispered against his lips. She gasped slightly and put her hand on her stomach. She smiled, her brows furrowing. She knew around four months was when she would be able to feel kicks, but... It felt weird. A good kind of weird.

''I love you too...'', he whispered softly, and furrowed slightly at her gasping, ''Hey, what's wrong, babe?'', he asked quiet,y, and looked at her hands upon her stomach. If she needed to go to the hospital, he would take her with no second thoughts.

Megara smiled and looked over at him before biting down on her bottom lip. "It's nothing, It's just... Come here," She smiled and reached over, taking his hand and tugging him to come to her. Once he had, she placed his hand on top of her stomach and looked at him with a grin, her eyes damp now. "Arianne," She murmured, nodding her head with a small giggle as the baby within her kicked against Adam's hand.

Adam put his chair closer to her and let Meg put his hand over her stomach. He was still worried if she wasn't feeling okay, but he got startled as he felt the small kick against his hand. ''Wow... Did she just kick?'', he grinned and leaned down upon her stomach, ''Arianne, baby... It's dad!'', he murmured against the small bump, and smiled as he caressed Meg's stomach tenderly.
